6 Months

Aiden is now six months old. We went to the doctor on the 1st. He is 15lbs 7ozs and 27 inches long. He is healthy and getting bigger and bigger! We enjoy watching him grow and change. We are loving parenthood!

Holiday Sunday Fun

This Sunday we got in the truck and headed up to Beaver Meadows where we met up with The Funkies, and Grandma Jody & Papa Bob. We went out to find a Christmas tree/Hanukkah bush. We got to try out this cool backpack we got from a friend, that holds Aiden, it worked well. So we all set out to find our trees. We found the perfect one and then headed back to the truck and had a nice lunch. Then we headed back home.

Bath Time. Aiden has graduated out of the blue little baby bathtub and into the big boy one! I have been bathing Aiden in the kitchen sink since he has been sitting up like a big boy! It is not as big as the tub so it makes it a lot easier. He seems to enjoy it!

Adam gave Aiden his bottle before bed the other night and Aiden crashed out hard. The picture is kinda dark because I didn't want to wake him with the flash. My cute guys! Love you!

M&M

Mallory came to visit us in early November. She got to meet Aiden for the first time! She brought Aiden this really cute M&M outfit and a really cool M&M sippy cup. We had a great time while she was here. We shopped around downtown Durango, went golfing, went out to eat, and more! It was a blast hanging out with her. Can't wait to see her again! Miss ya Mal!

My horse

Aiden has a rocking horse at his Grandma Jodys and Papa Bobs. He has been on it before a few times before but now that he is sitting up on his own and can ride the horse by himself. He doesn't bounce on it yet but soon enough I am sure!

Thumb

So I put Aiden down for a nap at work a couple weeks ago, walk in to check on him to find this... I have never really seen him with his thumb like this and thought it was the cutest thing!

Playing. He has been rolling from belly to back and for the first time last week rolled from back to belly.

Feet

Aiden has found his feet. Now he grabs that at any chance he can. He also likes to pull on his socks to the point they are halfway off his feet and then suck on them. Not his mommys favoritest thing.

Swimming

We took Aiden over to Makenzie's grandmas house because she has an indoor heated pool. Makenzie had been a time or two but this was Aidens first time. He really enjoyed the water. He didn't like getting splashed. We are going to try and get him in the water more often and we are thinking about signing up for swimming lessons come the first of the year.

Trick-or-Treat

Aiden's 1st Halloween. He was our little pumpkin. We stayed at home and passed out candy to all the trick-or-treaters.

Oh I almost forgot, Aiden rolled over from his tummy to his back for the first time 2 weeks ago, of course I did not catch it in the act... He rolled over again while we were at the doctors, right on the exam table, I saw it! We are going to be investing in a video camera so we can catch the action! We will have to post something when we do!

4 Months Old

Aiden will be 4 months old this next week. We went for his 4 month check up last week. The doctor was really impressed. He weighed 13lbs and is 25 inches long. He is a growing, growing healthy boy!
